Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your shipment. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please Note: Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
  • Pine Needle & Mulch Dyes: Once opened, these products cannot be resold for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Soil & Soil Amendments: Opened bags of soil, compost, or other amendments cannot be returned.
  • Landscape Fabric & Stakes: Cut or unrolled fabric is non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Please use the template provided below to ensure we get all the necessary information to help you quickly.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused, original product in its packaging. Include a copy of your original order confirmation. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timelines and Methods

We aim to process refunds promptly after receiving and approving your return.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your refund after we receive the returned item.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
