We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

  • Product must be in its original packaging
  • You must have your original order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

Due to product nature and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Pine Needle & Mulch Dyes (once opened)
  • Soil & Soil Amendments (opened bags)
  • Landscape Fabric & Stakes (cut or unrolled fabric)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused, original product in its packaging. Include a copy of your original order confirmation and ship to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timelines & Methods

We aim to make the refund process as smooth as possible:

  • Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your refund after we receive the returned item.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received. Standard or free shipping charges will apply to the new shipment.
